San Francisco Wine School

Learn to analyze wines using the exam grid and process from the Certified to Master levels for Court of Master Sommeliers and the Certified Wine Educator level from the Society of Wine Educators. Hone your identification skills with Master Sommelier David Glancy as you tackle challenging flights of both neutral white wines and intensely herbal whites to discover and profile the similarities and differences in the varietals. Global wine regions are also considered as Master Glancy helps you decipher the differences between regional and varietal influences in the 7-10 samples.

This workshop is part of the Advanced Blind Tasting program.
