Tavel and Châteauneuf-du-Pape deconstructed! Taste the three terroirs of
Tavel (sand, limestone and galets) as they manifest themselves in the
glass, then see how all three terroirs combine in a Tavel that incorporates
fruit from all three soil types! Taste old vine Grenache in a single varietal
Châteauneuf-du-Pape then taste two more Châteauneufs that incorporate
different grapes and different winemaking variables. Lastly taste two
iconic representations of why there is no place like Rhône!   View sample wine list for Workshop #3.
