San Francisco Wine School is coming to Kistler Vineyard's Trenton Roadhouse in Sonoma County May 7th and 8th! This comprehensive, two-day intensive is derived from the San Francisco Wine School’s Somm Essentials curriculum and focuses on important foundational areas for personal and professional success including global wine theory, blind wine tasting analysis, food & wine pairing, and professional wine service techniques. Taught by Master Sommelier David Glancy, this class is perfect for students studying for beginning and intermediate level sommelier exams and those who want to improve their performance on the job. Taste 30 wines throughout the program. Lunch provided daily.

Taken Friday, May 19th at 2pm OR Sunday, June 11th at 10am at San Francisco Wine School. Successful completion of Part 1 - Physical Service, Part 2 - Food Pairing, and Part 3 - Blind Tasting along with successful completion of the Online Hospitality Beverage Specialist Certificate will result in the Somm Essentials Certification.
