In this workshop, Master Sommelier and Certified Wine Educator, David Glancy helps students learn and practice flaw identification using the Society of Wine Educators’ Faults and Imbalances Exam with the same samples and ratios presented for the Certified Wine Educator level. Students also continue to practice their improved blind tasting skills using various techniques and drills to sharpen their focus and improve their timing. Master Glancy will also teach students exam preparation and test-taking strategies to help students work smarter not harder.
