FOR TRADE ONLY: Seminar & Walk-Around Tasting Sponsored by Old World Vines 

10:30-11:30: Seminar
Learn the grapes and regions of Greece, tasting indigenous varietals from A to X (Assyrtiko to Xinomavro). Discover the history and current trends of one of the oldest wine regions of the world. And of course, learn to decode the labels. This power preview will be led by San Francisco Wine School's Master Sommelier David Glancy in tandem with Old World Vine's Michael Pavlidis. Tasting 6 wines. Limited seating.

11:30-12:30: Walk-around Tasting
Compare the examples of indigenous varietal wines from the seminar with other comparable examples, as well as international varietals and creative, modern blends. There will be many surprises from value wines to super-premium, and all are now available for restaurant and retail in the Bay Area. Tasting 20 wines and light bites.
