You can pickup your wine or have it delivered. Standard shipping is included in most classes and events. Wine cannot be delivered to AL, KT, MS, NH, ND, SD, and VT.

Intro to World Wines
TRAVEL THE GLOBE IN A GLASS: Explore and compare the most important Old and New World wine regions through their principle grapes and the wine styles they produce.
Description
Join us in unravelling the mysteries of the EU labelling scheme and compare it with wine from the rest of the world. We will look for global wine patterns touring the world in a glass. Take in the highlights of France, Italy, and Spain, plus various New World regions. The tasting of 5-7 wines will focus on New World vs Old World and examples from various climates and grapes.
This class may be taken as part of our Intro Series or individually à la carte. Your class fees can be applied to the cost of the full series if you would like to continue on. Payment plans are available for the full series. Those who would like to attend online and forgo the wine tastings can apply SKIPTHEWINE at checkout to many online classes for 40% off. Format & Location
Hybrid - Room/Zoom
Our Hybrid Room/Zoom experience allows each individual to choose to participate in-person as a "Roomer" with wine in their glass or online as a "Zoomer" with a custom tasting kit. Both Roomers and Zoomers have the same wines and are able to engage with us and each other during these live classes. Recordings are also available within 1 business day after the class. You will receive the zoom link and any handouts needed a few days before class via email. Check spam and contact help@sfwineschool.com if you have not received it within 1 business day of your class/event.
If you have a tasting kit, it may be picked up at San Francisco Wine School or delivered across the US. Wine parameter lists are available for those participating in locations where kits cannot be delivered. View pickup and delivery options here.
