Discusses the major red-wine denominations of Abruzzo, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Tuscany, and Umbria: where they're located, what grape varieties they're made from, and their styles and importance, along with an introduction to typical foods of the central regions.
The workshop can be taken as part of the Italian Wine Professional program or on its own.
As part of this workshop, you'll taste 6-8 wines related to the curriculum.
