The Dark Side of Pinot...
“The Devil made Pinot Noir” – André Tchelistcheff
San Francisco Wine School is thrilled to host this very special virtual event for SoFi and their guests Wednesday, February 10th 4-5p PST!
In this event, we skip Blanc, Gris and all other Pinot as we fade to Noir. Pinot Noir is grown all over the world, though it is difficult and finicky. Learn its origins, other homes and characteristics. Discover how it varies based on climate, soils and traditions in various international regions through a guided tasting of 3 wines led by Master Sommelier David Glancy
. Despite the differences you will find common threads, discover what characteristics you like and don't and become a more savvy consumer. This is a must for Pinot lovers and those seeking to improve their wine tasting skills and knowledge.
While wine is not required to enjoy this event, guests have the opportunity to purchase full bottles or a wine tasting kit with 2oz samples of the wines used in the class and taste along during the session. Order by February 1st to ensure delivery and availability. Expedited delivery available until Thursday, February 7th for an additional fee. View Wine Pickup & Delivery Options
