Join Master Sommelier David Glancy as we taste Bubbles from around the world with a day long celebration of sparkling wine, in all its forms.  Sip with us as we explore this famed wine through history to present day and learn about the iconic producers, celebrated styles, and why Champagne is the reigning King!

Edu-Tasting - History of Champagne:  11:30am-1:00pm

Champagne is the most famous sparkling wine in the world but not the first. Join us for a brief history of Champagne, how it came to be & the development of other sparkling wines of the world as Master Sommelier David Glancy leads you through a historic flight of Dom Perignon, Ruinart, Veuve Clicquot & St Charmant!

Bubbles Bazaar: 1:00-3:00pm

Taste 20 different sparkling wines of Champagne and other countries and regions from your new Riedel Veritas Champagne Wine Glass. Stroll table to table at your own pace, exploring the varietal profile as well as differences in structure and style as they relate to varying soils, climates, and elevations. Enjoy an assortment of bites to pair with your wines and purchase your favorite bottles in the wine bazaar to take home along with your beautiful new glass! 

Movie Matinee - A Year in Champagne: 3:00-5:00pm

Join us for a very special interactive screening of the movie A Year in Champagne, directed by David Kennard.  This enlightening documentary, follows the cycle of the vines and the cellar in the coldest, wettest wine region of France. Film star and renown Champagne importer, Martine Saunier, will join as our special guest to taste wines from the movie and discuss what goes into making the most famous sparkling wines in the world. Watch the Trailer!  Gourmet movie snacks included.
