David FurerDavid's work as a writer and marketer of wine-producing locales has taken him to every country represented in 'The Origins of Wine Civilization' with writings of these appearing in several UK and US media outlets. He's spoken to wine-knowledgeable audiences from 7 to 700 throughout the globe which included hosting Hong Kong's Wine Future 2011 and Spain's 3rd Climate Change & Wine conferences. A former contributing editor to Santé and Sommelier Journal David's recent work may be found at Wine Business Monthly, France's Sommeliers International, and the SFWS's blog with his Insider Interview series. He lives in the NYC area where he's developing an adult beverage podcast.
