THE ROLE
The Tasting Coordinator and Office Admin is a critical linchpin in the effectiveness and efficiency of Karen MacNeil & Company. This is a very fast-paced office. The ideal candidate is extremely attentive to detail, and superbly organized. Significant wine knowledge is a must. This is a part-time position but for the right individual may grow to a full-time position.
DUTIES
• Plan, organize and set up office wine tastings
– Request wine samples from producers/distributors/importers
– Unpack and inventory wine
– Organize and shelve wines
– Plan and schedule tastings
– Create and print tasting sheets
– Setup tastings
– Participate in tastings
– Cleanup after tastings
– Breakdown cardboard boxes, empty wine bottles, and recycle

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Job Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
