Albert Beltran is a competitor in San Francisco Wine School's 2024 Somm Olympics, part of their annual Anniversary Celebration benefitting the Glancy Wine Education Foundation and wine industry professionals in need of financial aid.
Albert is a certified sommelier and the Beverage Director of Wayfare Tavern. His love of beverage started in his late teens when he started brewing beer to avoid state municipal taxes. This new found beverage would be the gateway to an amazing lifetime journey! His time in Michelin restaurants would pave the way to high service standards and world class service.
