At San Francisco Wine School, we believe that every motivated and engaged student should have access to high quality, professional education in their trade. Since our inception, we have been providing tuition assistance to worthy students and are thrilled to offer financial support for the next generation of industry leaders. Our current scholarship opportunities appear below:



The Glancy Wine Education Fund was established in 2017 and provides scholarships to students planning to start or advance a career in the wine or hospitality industry with up to $5,000 in tuition assistance for certification programs offered by San Francisco Wine School. Awards are based upon financial need and cost of coursework and in consideration of academic performance and work experience as well as educational and career goals.

In order to be eligible for scholarship, students must:

  • complete and submit a Glancy Wine Education Scholarship Application by June 30, 2017
  • enroll in an eligible course of study between August 15 and December 31, 2017
  • be 21 years or older on the day coursework begins
  • complete coursework by December 31, 2018

Applicants will be notified of approval and funds will be available by August 15, 2017. Awards are not renewable, however students may re-apply each year they meet eligibility requirements.  



Les Dames d’Escoffier International Monterey Bay Chapter is offering up to 2 full San Francisco Wine School program scholarships for motivated women pursuing an education in the food, beverage and hospitality industries in the Monterey Bay Region, which includes the following counties: Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito, San Luis Obispo. In an effort to expand the support of our growing student body, we are now offering scholarship sponsorships to organizations and companies who value formal education in the hospitality and food & wine industry.
