Tasting kits are included with certain class registrations to allow for distance learning. Allow at least 1 business day for assembly. Additional bottles are available for purchase after class. Wine pickup and delivery options are presented during checkout. We provide many ways to get your wine, but If you do not see a rate that applies to your situation, email email@example.com and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
If you register too late to receive your tasting kit in time for class, don't worry! You will have access to the webinar recording and can revisit the class tasting once your tasting kit arrives.
Pickups are free of charge. You may schedule your pick up by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org so we can have your wine ready for you.

Wine can be shipped throughout the US except for the following states: Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Vermont

You may hire a courier service like Roadie to pick-up your kit and deliver it to you even in a few hours notice. We're happy to work with them during regular office hours if you send the courier details to email@example.com or call us at 650-763-1324.
Tasting kit shipments are at the student's own risk. During the pandemic, 3rd party carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates or times and San Francisco Wine School is not responsible for missed deliveries or lost, delayed, or damaged wines. Availability is not guaranteed for replacements and additional fees may apply.
All bottles are special ordered and must be prepaid. Minimums may apply and order fulfillment times may vary based upon availability at the time payment is made. No exchanges or returns are allowed. Flawed items may be returned full to receive replacement or store credit, however SFWS is not liable for temperature or physical damage while in transit. All claims must be made directly with the carrier. Wines may not be replaceable.
