Copia’s winemaker/co-owner Varinder Sahi took online classes with us in the pandemic, we dined with the Sahis in 2022 & introduced our students to their wines during our 2023 Paso Robles road trip. We love when our work & friendships seamlessly blend. Lovely people & lovely wines. Our first sip did feel like a Cure to the pandemic!
