About the Event
A wonderful video replay of our special event exploring English Sparkling Wines. On November 28th, 2020, San Francisco Wine School was honored to bring together celebrated critic, retailer, teacher, and creator of the legendary Judgement of Paris, Steven Spurrier, along with visionary importer and founder of Broadbent Selections, Bartholomew Broadbent, for one fabulous event. This was one of Steven's last public appearances prior to his death.
We enjoyed a lively afternoon with these leading authorities for a conversation of Life, Career, and the emergence of English Sparkling Wine! 🍾 A comparative tasting of Gusbourne and Bride Valley wines were highlighted, exploring their different regions, styles and vintages. Master Sommelier David Glancy hosted this very special day.
