Learn wine label secrets—spot key terms, notice missing details, and truly know what’s in your bottle to become a more savvy buyer. - Fly over California
Explore California wine—discover how its diverse climate and terrain impact what grows where and how to use that knowledge to choose where to visit. - What local wine regions not to miss
Hear about our local wine regions and taste six of our favorite local wines. You’ll learn what they’re known for and what to see while you’re there. - Know before you go
Get ready for your next wine tasting excursion by learning everything from pre-visit planning to tasting room etiquette and interacting with your host and other guests to what to wear (and not) to how to evaluate wine club value.
What's Included
- Guided wine class led by a certified wine educator or Master Sommelier–trained instructor.
- Professional tasting of a curated flight of wines during the session.
- Tasting placemat and note sheets to help you track aromas, flavors, and favorites.
- Use of high-quality stemware and all tasting materials during the experience.
- Light palate cleansers (such as crackers or bread) to enjoy between wines.
- Q&A time with your host so you can ask anything about wine, regions, or pairings.
- Digital or printed take-home resources to continue practicing your new skills.
