Founded in the 1800s, this small, family owned Recoltant Manipulant (grower-producer) has 37 acres around the village of Bouzy planted 90% to Pinot Noir. They brought back into fasion the very pale saignée rosé style Oeil de Perdrix. The last time we featured this wine was during our anniversary event in the pandemic lockdown, shipping half-bottles for the online event. They’re champions of Pinot Noir, farm sustainably, & make delicious bubbles!
