2 Rieslings in one club shipment & both from Austria? Other than a deep love of bubbles, my personal wine axiom is that Riesling Rules! We visited this winery in 2017 & continue to share the wines. Monks planted these estate vineyards in 1171. The winery is privately held but the monastery still operates today. This wine is a steal & threads the needle between lean Clare Valley style and the riper wines of Alsace. Like both of those regions, most Austrian Riesling & this one, are dry.
