Uncover the recent history of Israel's wine culture and explore today's growing regions, popular varietals and winemaking styles in this live, virtual seminar and guided tasting through eight top wines that are Kosher and for Passover.
This event will be hosted by Master Sommelier David Glancy with industry veteran and Israeli wine specialist Ira Norof, CWE, CSE, and special guests, live from Israel, Etti Edri of Yatir Winery and Carmel Winery, the historic winery of Israel founded in 1882 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild (owner of Chateau Lafite) along with Or Nidbach, Winemaker for Tabor Winery, one of Israel’s more cutting edge newer properties. Each attendee will receive a tasting kit with eight 2-oz samples and instructions for wine storage and event setup. Kits may be picked up at San Francisco Wine School or delivered throughout the US for an additional fee. View wine pickup and delivery options.
