You can pickup your wine or have it delivered. Standard shipping is included in most classes and events. Wine cannot be delivered to AL, KT, MI, MS, NH, ND, SD, and VT.

THIN-SKINNED CLASSICS: Dive into the classic thin-skinned red grape varieties in this advanced blind tasting class.
Description
Master Sommelier David Glancy will help you discover to how identify and profile the similarities and differences of wines from thin-skinned grapes in the most challenging flights. Global wine regions are also considered to help you decipher the differences between regional and varietal influences.
This class can be taken as part of the Advanced Blind Tasting educational series or individually à la carte. Your class fees can be applied to the cost of the series tuition if you would like to continue on. Payment plans are available for the full series. Format & Location
Hybrid - Room/Zoom
Our Hybrid Room/Zoom experience allows each individual to choose to participate in-person as a "Roomer" with wine in their glass or online as a "Zoomer" with a custom tasting kit. Both Roomers and Zoomers have the same wines and are able to engage with us and each other during these live classes. Recordings are also available within 1 business day after the class. If you have a tasting kit, it may be picked up at San Francisco Wine School or delivered across the US. Wine parameter lists are available for those participating in locations where kits cannot be delivered. View pickup and delivery options here.

All attendees must be at least 21+ years old.
This is an advanced blind tasting class. Students are strongly encouraged to complete Intro to Blind Tasting and Intermediate Blind Tasting prior to joining this class.
