Resident Chef Danae McLaughlin

Danae McLaughlin is a Certified Executive Chef with The American Culinary Federation.  Beginning as the owner/operator of a neighborhood restaurant, she has expanded her role in the culinary community as a competition chef winning numerous medals including a Gold Medal at the San Diego Fancy Food Competition.  She joined the Harker School, and as the Executive Sous Chef she was responsible for the overall operation and management of six kitchens on four campuses serving a total of 3000 meals a day. Now serving as Director of Special Events, she is in charge of creative concepts, logistics, food and beverage, and operations for all major events including the annual Gala, The Harvest Festival and The Concert Series.
