With his BA degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Michigan State University and 15 years of experience successfully managing and consulting for some of the world’s finest hotels and restaurants, Wine Program Management is one of Master Sommelier David Glancy’s specialties. This indispensable certificate program, written by Master Glancy himself, helps students grasp the art and science of Wine List Development, Beverage Cost Control, Vendor Relations, Beverage Law and Cellar Management and bring their career to the next level.

Wine Program Management consists of five sessions covering the following topics. Each three-hour class within the full program can be taken as a single workshop. Click on the links to learn more!

Hybrid - Room/Zoom

We've recently invested in some serious AV technology upgrades to create an integrated Hybrid Room/Zoom experience for all students, so each individual can choose to participate in-person as a "Roomer" with wine in their glass or online as a "Zoomer" with a custom tasting kit.  Both Roomers and Zoomers have the same wines and are able to engage with us and each other during these live classes. Recordings are also available within 1 business day after the class.  Learn more...
